Exclusive Excerpt 

Tucker closed the short distance between us and cupped my neck. I closed my eyes and sighed. I couldn’t be so lucky to receive a birthday kiss, could I? I melted into Tucker when he pressed his mouth softly against mine. The kiss was innocent at first with a few chaste pecks then Tucker slipped his tongue inside my mouth when my lips parted on a delirious sigh. 

Tucker tightened his grip on the back of my neck then placed his free hand on my hip, anchoring me in place. His tongue teased and licked against mine, turning me into a greedy, needy mess. When Tucker sucked my tongue into his mouth, I fisted his jacket with both hands to keep from sliding to the floor because my bones had turned to liquid.

He’d knocked me off balance because I was used to being the one in control. I abandoned his jacket to slide both hands into his hair, holding his head in place so I could get in on some of the action. I turned the tables on him by sucking his tongue into my mouth, pulling a deep groan from his chest. I released his tongue then flitted the tip of mine against his as soft as a butterfly’s wings. Tucker growled in frustration then thrust his tongue back into my mouth, seeking control once more. The dance of domination was sexy, thrilling, and made me maddeningly hard.

Tucker suddenly ripped his mouth from mine and took a step back, sucking air into his lungs. I reached my arm out and braced myself against the wall to steady myself while I caught my breath too.

“Jesus,” he whispered. “I think I always knew kissing you would feel like getting caught up in a wildfire. Now I’m good and fucked.”

“Well, not yet, but we can make it happen if you play your cards right,” I quipped.
