Synopsis

You never forget your first love ... especially when they cause you pain. Chase thought he was doing the right thing when he left Liam years earlier, but when he finds out he was wrong, it might be too late. The trust they once shared may be past the point of repair.

The Forever Kind of Love is a story of second chances that asks the question -- is a good reason enough to wash away the years of hurt it caused? Chase comes home from the military ready to start his life with Liam. But he discovers Liam’s life has already started without him. Is there a place for him in it? Is the possibility of more pain worth the risk for Liam?

If that isn’t hard enough, they only have the week Chase is on leave to come to terms with their future. Can they find forever in seven days?

Review

LA Bryce embraces a short story about a second chance romance in The Forever Kind Of Love.

Although, I extremely loved the story's characters Chase and Liam, I was kind left wanting more of a connection with these two.

The story line was good and set a rapid pace so there wasn't much of a draw out for these two remarkable characters waiting to reconnect. I did like how fast each were able to realize what was at stake and instead of miscommunication and others getting in their way, both of them were able to choose their pathways quick and as they saw fit.

Since, I love more in depth story lines it was a little harder for me to not want more of their past lives and more interaction with their present lives as a couple going forward.

Excellent for those that love a quick read with a great couple that is short but has just enough sizzle at the end.
