Blurb
Gage is happy, happier than he thought possible. He has
Wolff Mannheim, the man he has always loved, even when he hated him, back by
his side and in his bed. He is confident that their relationship can only grow
stronger as they continue to rediscover each other.
When a letter appears after twelve years of silence from the
family that disowned him and cast him out, he has Wolff to lean on. The
contents of the letter have left Gage reeling but also have him reuniting with
his estranged sister. When the shocks keep coming, it forces Gage back to his
family home—a place he never thought he would return to. At least, this time,
he has Wolff by his side as well as his sister.
As Gage faces the man who threw him carelessly away, he
proves himself to be the better man, a stronger man, than the one forced away
so many years earlier. With all his demons put to rest, can Gage live his life
with his one true love?
This is book two in the Redemption Series and follows on immediately
from Wolff, book #1.
While it can be read as a standalone, it’s best enjoyed
reading in order. Contains some very steamy man-on-man loving and is advised
for 18+ only.

Gage
“Thanks.” I
reach up to take the glass of wine from Banner.
“I think
it’s safe to say this has been an unexpected weekend.” Banner leans back on his
sofa, bringing his feet up to rest on the large, cluttered, square wooden
coffee table.
I let out a
dry chuckle and take a sip of the ruby-red wine. “You could say that. I sure
wasn’t expecting this.”
“But it’s
good, right? Does he mind that you don’t bottom? He looks all toppy and
everything.” He grins. Then his mouth drops open in surprise. “You let him?
Fuck, Gage, this is huge.”
“It felt
fucking huge. I’ll tell you that.” I can’t help the bubble of laughter bursting
out.
“That’s not
what I meant, and you know it. Why though? Did he insist?”
“Don’t be
stupid, Banner. I’m not going to go into it. All I say is I wanted to. It felt
right. It also felt amazing, but that’s all you’re getting from me. Now, let’s
talk about you and that delicious man you found. He’s very like―” My sentence
gets cut short.
“Don’t say
it. He’s nothing like him.” Banner’s eyes narrow as he snaps at me.
“Fine. I
won’t say it. He seems a good guy. Are you going to see him again, or is it
another cute guy you unnecessarily push away?”
“Don’t
start, Gage. And yes, we do plan to get together again. We’re going for dinner
on Wednesday.”
“That’s
good. I’m glad to here it. You deserve a good guy, Banner.”
“I know.
I’m such a catch! Jasper is a really nice guy, and he’s hot as fuck in bed. I
want to keep seeing him. There you go. That’s my weekend documented. Where are
you two going now? Is work going to be a problem?”
“Work will
be fine. We don’t work directly together. He doesn’t have to answer to me, and
I’m caught up with a lot more of the company as a whole, now I’m a partner. We
don’t have a non-frat policy. Can’t really, not with Alexander and Dorian being
together.” I can’t keep the grin off my face. “I’m really fucking happy.” I
laugh.
Our Chinese
takeaway arrives, and we move on to more mundane conversations and trash TV
bingeing until it’s time for me to get home.
“I’ll call
you tomorrow.” I grab my coat and open the door. The cab driver has beeped once
I’m giving him the opportunity to bump up the fare because he’s pissed off with
me.
When I’m in
the cab, I check my phone and see that Wolff has messaged me earlier. I’m not
going to be guy who spends all night on his phone ignoring his company.
Wolff: I
hate you. My bed smells of you.
I smile and
tap off a reply.
Me: No, you
don’t. You love me and have been wrapped around my pillow! 😉
Wolff: I’m
not answering that.
He’s quick
to reply, making me smile. He must have his phone close by.
Wolff: Are
you still at Banner’s?
Me: No, I’m
in a cab. I’m ready to get to my bed.
Me: Someone
tired me out this afternoon.
Wolff: You
didn’t complain. Call me when you get home.
Me: True, I
don’t think I ever will. Okay, I’ll be back in ten.
About The Author
You will normally find her in the
living room—typing away—with her dog, Maud. As a hopeless romantic, JJ dives
into her stories, always falling in love with her men, making sure they get the
happy ever after they deserves, even if they do have to work hard for it.
As a bona fide bookaholic,
coffee-addicted, wine-drinking and swear-like-a-sailor type of girl, she has
yet to work out how to act her age!! LOL. And she has no intentions of growing
up or growing old gracefully.
JJ lives in a small, very quiet,
village in Lincolnshire, UK, with her husband and dog, and spends all day
dreaming up stories full of really hot men.
