Synopsis
Art and love intersect in this series by beloved author Andrew Grey.
In Legal Artistry, Dieter Krumpf is in search of the family art collection left behind when fleeing the Nazis and recruits lawyer Gerald Young to his cause; while trying to reclaim the paintings, they may just find something even more precious—love. In Artistic Appeal, Brian Watson has taken over the case, but he suspects that his good friends Gerald and Dieter have ulterior motives for inviting him to their Christmas party; when he meets deaf art restorer Nicolai, they’ll have to break down each other’s defenses to build a new relationship.
In Artistic Pursuits, FBI agent Frank Jennings and Interpol agent Leslie Carlton meet for an investigation and one night of passion, but when their case heats up again, they find their feelings getting in the way of their jobs. And in Legal Tender, when Timothy finds of cache of coins in his deceased grandfather’s possession, he sets out to solve the mystery and meets Joiner, a man determined to help Timothy on his quest.. and to steal Timothy’s heart.

Review
Art Series is a bundle
of four books and each one is so wonderful! Each book deals with finding,
keeping or protecting precious forms of art.
We see a man trying to
recover his family’s history stolen by the Nazi’s during WWII, two law
enforcement agents trying to find stolen Tiffany windows and a young man
wanting to hold onto a precious gift from his Grampy.
Each book is so fascinating and had me googling lost and found art, looking up
returned art from WWII. These books are so full of love, both familial and
romantic love. Our history is something we can’t put a price tag on and it’s
inspiring to see the depths these men go to
preserve and protect it. Each book features the previous books characters and spans a few years, I loved being able to catch
up with these characters.
The love between
Dieter and Gerald, Brian and Nicolai, Frank and Leslie and Timothy and
Joiner....sighs! While all the mystery and focus on the art is fantastic, at
its heart, this series is a love story. These men have such great love for
their partners and for their friendship with each other. I honestly can’t say
enough about how much I loved these books, they are all 5-star reads and I so highly recommend them. I was utterly
entertained and I learned quite a bit too, win/win!
Loved these books,
well researched and so well written!
