I’ve
read all thirteen books from this author; they are always about intimate BDSM
Dom/sub relationships. Every time, I’m floored by the outstanding settings and
all the overwhelming feelings.
Kyle
is a freelance graphic designer and Aidan an art history professor. They’ve
come together now for scenes for about six months and carefully built something
more in a relationship. Before this, they both had negative experiences with
others. Aidan had a sub who couldn’t say no. Kyle had a Dom who left him alone while
being in a scene. So, both have to learn and teach the other who they are, what
they want, and what their boundaries are. Aidan learns to trust Kyle that he’ll
let him know when it goes too far. Kyle learns to trust that Aidan will never
leave his side. This process is so immensely beautiful to watch.
They
spend more and more time together, visiting friends and meet colleagues. Almost
like a regular couple.
Kyle’s
feelings are strong toward Aidan, he doesn’t speak them out. Kyle yearns for a
commitment and a steady relationship. Kyle bought something precious years ago
and keeps it safe for when he meets his one and only and can give it to him.
He
doesn’t want to hurry Aidan into something he isn’t ready for, afraid to turn
him off. Little does he know.
The
sexual electricity sparkles and shimmers through the room every time they are
together. Every desperate emotion, every almost touch, every delicate gesture
we can watch and feel.
Every
mindful touch is one with high sensuality, where you hold your breath because
it’s just so beautiful to watch, you don’t want to disturb them as voyeurs.
Their scenes are the most beautiful, sensitive, sensual, and steamy to watch.
Every scene is well thought out and written down in the most stunning way
possible.
Their
personalities are lovable, they are kind, honest, thoughtful, humorous, and
mature. Both had their own characteristics which stayed consistent throughout
the three books.
Altogether
an excellent story of high quality.
