Cameron
Pearce loves to work hard and play hard. Living in New York City, means lots of
men and lots of variety. He isn’t looking for love.
When
he goes to his small hometown Dickensville for Christmas, food friends, family
and seeing his best friend Levi are what’s on the agenda. He also hopes for
some friends-with-benefits enjoyment.
Levi
Jones owns and runs his own café in Dickensville. He loves the Christmas season
and all that comes with it. Decorating, baking, and snow among other things.
Another
perk is when Cameron visits home and he gets him all to himself.
What
will happen when true feelings are revealed and everything is put on the line?
Will their friendship survive?
Can
best friends go from hooking up to a real relationship? Do they even want to?
This
book contains delicious cinnamon buns, a cute westie and sexy hot men to warm
up your holidays.
EXCERPT
As I pulled Levi on
top of me, I shuffled up into him. He kissed me and I loved the feel of his
beard scratching against mine. We fell into an easy rhythm and I could feel his
erection through his jeans, hard against mine. I slid my hands down his pants
and squeezed. His fingers trailed leisurely through my hair and it felt
amazing. He thrusted against me as his tongue slid along my lips, requesting
entry. I let him in and he explored, tangling our tongues. He tasted of
cinnamon and sugar. Delicious.
Just as I was getting
into it and wanting to take off more clothes, a beep interrupted us. Rory
barked like crazy and I let my head fall back in frustration.
He jumped up.
"That'll be the cinnamon buns!"
"You are picking
your baking over me?” I called through to the kitchen. This really was like a
sweet-pain-pleasure-torture or something. Sex
or cinnamon rolls? I laughed to myself and got up. “Wait, don't answer
that, I'd probably do the same."
"All in good
time, my friend," he said. "I do have to get these ready for the
Christmas bake sale at the LGBT center." Levi would donate anything he
could to that center. He was incredible. I made a monetary donation each year,
but his gift seemed that much more earnest. I gave him my puppy dog eyes look
in hopes of snagging one. "Pleeease..."
"You are
incorrigible," he said as he pushed my fingers away.
Damn, I had almost swiped some of the delectable
icing. He told me they need time to cool down anyways. Them and me both, I thought. I was hot and horny from a few minutes
with him on the sofa earlier. There would be time for more later.

Congrats, Claire, and thanks for the excerpt. What a nice holiday read. "Dickensville" is a little obvious (lol), but Charles' stories weren't quite like this. -
