At twenty-four, Mallory Grant is still struggling with adulthood. She can’t seem to make it in to work on time and deals better with her Tumblr friend on the other side of the world than a face-to-face with a real live human. But when her boss threatens to fire her as a rental agent, Mallory has to buckle down with her new client or end up jobless.

Corinne Ibori is moving to the Chicago area and needs a place to call home. Mallory’s goal is to find just the right location for Corinne’s needs and show her boss she’s turned over a new leaf. Corinne is thirty-five, self-confident, beautiful, flirty, has a French accent, and knows what she wants.

Mallory is finding it hard to believe that what Corrine wants might be her.

Push Me, Pull Me by new to me author, Amanda Rhodes is a quick, flirty, sexy read that had me smiling from beginning to end. Mallory was absolutely delightful in all her nerdy, awkward glory and Corinne as the seductress was quite something.

At just around fifty pages, there's not a lot of time to set things up or for an in depth background on each of the characters but that didn't stop me from feeling like I knew both rather well. Mallory's nervousness and shyness definitely came through as well as Corinne's embracing of her sexuality. This is definitely an erotic story and there is a lot of sexual tension both of which made for enjoyable reading.

Mallory added some humor with her inner dialogue as well as some depth and genuine emotion as she grapples with her self consciousness about her body. Corrine was bold and confident with an air of mystery about her that was thoroughly wonderful. I loved this short, sexy story and will definitely look for more from Amanda Rhodes.
