Synopsis
Avery Rivers is a country music sensation, selling records by the millions and playing to sold-out crowds. But behind that persona is Robert, a burned-out musician cracking under the pressure. He’s unable to write any new songs, and he wants out of the business—at least for a while. He changes his appearance and finds honest, hard work in Jackson, Wyoming. Maybe getting to be a regular guy for a while will get him past his block.
Hy Whitely was a championship bull rider until he watched his best friend thrown in the arena and decided the rodeo circuit was no longer the place for him. He wants to be plain old Zeke for a while, and when he returns to his family ranch, he bumps right into Robert—a one-night stand from his last rodeo appearance who is now working there as a ranch hand.
The heat between the men could sear the grass off the range, but each one is hiding a secret. Robert and Zeke, the men behind the public images, fall in love, but can they hold on when Avery and Hy are pulled back into the spotlight?

Review
Robert wants to rest and recuperate after months on the road and many concerts. As Avery Rivers he is tired and not capable anymore of writing a song.
So he makes himself unrecognizable and takes off. At a night club he meets a gorgeous man named Zeke and they have a great evening.
Zeke doesn’t want Robert to know he is the famous rodeo bull rider Hy Whitely, he had a great evening with Robert just as Zeke. When there is a chance to have another night together Zeke has to reject, his best friend is badly hurt and in a hospital.
They meet again... at Zeke’s fathers farm. Robert got a job there and Zeke is happy to have him. Robert works hard and makes many hours. Both men spend their days and nights together, their bond gets stronger. But both have their secrets... and secrets never last.
A sensitive story with two lovable hardworking guys. We get to know the ins and outs of running a farm and keeping wonderful horses. We get a look at the worlds of a famous artist and bull rider, and it’s not always fun. We are witness to beautiful moments where songs are born. Both guys are charming strong characters.
The detailed way of writing shows us eye-catching scenery, the rodeo, the farm, a concert, out on the land...it’s a touching story and all wonderfully put down.
