Review

Remy and Jed...

As a young vulnerable boy, Remy had a crush on Jed. Now years later Remy recovers at Jed’s farm from high work stress. As a rockstar he had some traumatic experiences. When he sees Jed, he still has feelings... his own high living standards are so far away from Jed’s.

Jed is a simple, lonesome farmer and sees Remy as a spoiled star. Jed is somewhat rude and doesn’t want Remy at his farm. It’s kind of complicated why he accepts it .

There is mutual attraction but Jed tries to hold Remy at a distance...  Remy tries to discover the real Jed... The longer they are in each other’s company the more Jed can’t hold back.

Only it’s far more complicated than you would think... Family, work, self-esteem, and more is standing in their way to happiness.

I loved the way this story was written, fresh and a bit hectic. Remy and Jed were put down well and developed enough. Opposite attracts... that applies here. Their personalities are vulnerable and wonderfully flawed.  The environments in this story, you could almost smell (and hear) them.  The further the story the more steady it became. Read it in one sitting.
